1. These terms

BounceReel (bouncereel.com) is run by Vuk Cvetković, Niš, Serbia (“we”, “us”). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you create an account or use the site. The privacy policy and the refund policy are part of it. If you use BounceReel for a business, you accept these terms for that business too.

2. Who can use BounceReel

  • You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree before you buy a paid plan.
  • An account is for one person. Companies and teams use one account per person.
  • You cannot use BounceReel if we have closed an account of yours for breaking these terms, unless we agree.

3. Your account

  • Give an email address you can read: it is how you confirm your account and set a new password.
  • Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.
  • You are responsible for what happens with your account, unless it was used without your fault.

4. The service

BounceReel is a studio that runs in your web browser: it makes ball race videos, records them to your computer, and keeps a library of the videos you save. Recording works best in Chrome or Edge on a computer, which write the MP4 that Shorts, TikTok and Reels take as it is; other browsers may write another format, or not record at all. The narrator downloads a voice model to your browser the first time you use it.

BounceReel keeps changing: we add, improve and sometimes remove features. The library keeps each video's settings and links, not the video file itself, so keep the MP4 files you care about.

5. Plans and limits

  • What each plan includes, and its limits, is listed on the pricing page and on your account page.
  • The free plan comes with limits, such as a number of videos a day (a day starts at midnight UTC), a longest video, the looks it includes and a watermark on its videos.
  • We may change what the free plan includes; we will tell you before a change takes something away.
  • What a paid plan includes will not get worse during a period you have already paid for.

6. Paid plans and payments

Paid plans are not on sale yet. When they are:

  • Each price, any tax included, and how often you are billed will be shown before you pay.
  • A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, until you cancel it.
  • You can cancel at any time on your account page. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and are not charged again.
  • The refund policy says when you get your money back. If you are a consumer, it never takes away a right the law gives you, such as withdrawing from a distance contract within 14 days.
  • We tell you about a price change at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.
  • If a payment fails and is not put right, the account moves to the free plan. Its videos stay in its library.

7. Your videos and what you type

The videos you make are yours. So is what you type into them: the balls' names, the opening, the winner line and the last line on the winner card, and the links you add to your library. You allow us to store and process what you save, only to run BounceReel for you; that permission ends when you delete it, apart from our short backups (see the privacy policy).

You are responsible for what you type and for what you post. Do not use BounceReel to make anything that:

  • infringes someone else's rights, such as a name, trademark or text you may not use;
  • is unlawful, hateful, harassing or defamatory, or sexualises minors;
  • makes the narrator pass itself off as a real person, or misleads people about who made the video.

When you post, follow the rules of the platform you post to, including any rule on labelling content made with artificial intelligence, which can apply to the narrator's voice.

8. Using the videos you make

Each video holds parts that come from BounceReel: its graphics and layout, the balls and numbers, the melodies and sound effects, and the narrator's voice. We give you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and permanent licence to use those parts as part of your videos: post, share, edit and earn money with your videos, on any platform, for as long as you like, also after you stop using BounceReel.

  • The melodies are BounceReel's own arrangements of works in the public domain (such as Ode to Joy and Für Elise), synthesised in your browser.
  • The narrator is Kokoro, an open voice model published under the Apache 2.0 licence. The lettering is Rubik, under the SIL Open Font License.
  • You may not sell or share BounceReel's parts on their own, apart from your videos: as templates, sound packs or a competing tool.
  • Videos made on the free plan carry a small BounceReel watermark. Do not remove, crop, blur or cover it. Videos made on a paid plan have none.

9. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • get around a plan's limits or the watermark, for example by automating the studio or using several free accounts;
  • share your account, or use someone else's;
  • try to break, overload or probe the site or its security, or copy or take apart its code beyond what the law allows;
  • collect data from the site with bots or scrapers;
  • use BounceReel to break the law, send spam or spread malware;
  • suggest that BounceReel endorses you or works with you when it does not.

10. What is ours

The site, the studio, their code and design, and the BounceReel name and logo belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. These terms let you use the service; they give you no other right in it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, with no obligation to you.

11. Other companies' services

You post your videos on platforms run by other companies, under their terms. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC, TikTok of ByteDance Ltd., and Instagram of Instagram, LLC. BounceReel is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them. We are not responsible for other companies' services, or for their decisions about your videos.

12. Suspension and leaving

  • You can delete your account at any time on your account page. Its videos and links go with it.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
  • If we ever close BounceReel, we will tell you at least 30 days before, and refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

13. What we promise, and what we do not

We work to keep BounceReel available, working and safe, and to fix what goes wrong. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, we provide it as it is and as available: we do not promise that it never fails or has no errors, that it suits every purpose, or that your videos will get views or be accepted by a platform. If you are a consumer, the law may give you rights, such as rights when digital content or a digital service does not match what was agreed, that these terms do not limit.

14. Liability

  • We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue or data, or for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a platform's decision or by your breaking these terms.
  • Our total liability to you for all claims in a year is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €50 if you paid nothing.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or any other liability the law does not let us limit.

15. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then, and we refund the unused part of any period you have paid for. Using BounceReel after the change applies means you accept it. Small changes, such as clearer wording, apply when we publish them.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and the competent court in Niš decides disputes about them. If you are a consumer living in the European Union or elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts. Please write to us first: most things are quicker to solve by email.

17. The rest

  • These terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy are the whole agreement between you and us about BounceReel.
  • If a part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.
  • Not enforcing a right at once does not mean we give it up.
  • We may transfer this agreement to whoever takes over BounceReel, and will tell you if we do. You may not transfer your account.
  • If these terms are translated, the English version decides.
