Refunds

Paid plans are not on sale yet, so nobody has paid anything and there is nothing to refund. The free plan costs nothing and can be used as long as you like.

When paid plans open

• You can cancel at any time on your account page. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and are not charged again.
• If BounceReel does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we refund it in full, whatever you have made with it.
• This promise adds to the rights the law gives consumers, such as withdrawing from a contract made online within 14 days; it takes none of them away.
• Your videos stay in your library after a refund or a cancellation; on a plan that keeps fewer, new recordings wait until there is room.
